We support return and change item policy, but you need to pay full cost for two way transports (include the shipping, taxes and customs cost etc.) and keep the item in good condition, otherwise we will keep right to refuse the refund and return. All the return policy must be apply within 30 days (the time point start from you receive the item).
What’s the policy for returns?
Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags. Exchanged items must be returned in the original boxes and bags and must include all the original hang-tags.
Returns for online orders must take place within 30 days after the original shipment date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment.
Returns for all orders can be returned through at any of your local post office.
Returns received more than 45 days after shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Our guarantee: It'll fit or we'll exchange it for free but buyer need pay shipping fees at your local post office!
Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the returned item was defective or you received a wrong item.
What’s your policy on refunds?
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used on your order.
For credit/debit card refunds, please allow 5-7 business days (depending on your financial institution) for processing.
For gift card refunds, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Gift card purchases can be returned by mail.
For PayPal refunds, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. If paying with a credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account, you may see some additional processing time.
We offer free returns for 4 Fan Shop Rewards members. If you’re not a 4 Fan Shop Rewards member, return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Only the product cost and taxes (if have) will be refunded.
If you receive incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise, the return shipping fee will not be charged, and your refund will also include the original standard shipping fee.
Please note that incorrect, damaged and defective merchandise should be reported to our customer service team immediately and must be returned within 30 days. If a product defect is found after use, it must be returned to our returns department for inspection and is subject to our return policy.

How long does return shipping take?
Returns are made using your local post office, return time depends on the logistics method you choose (expedited shipping or standard shipping). We recommend that you use standard shipping international typically take 15-26 business days to reach our returns facility..
Please keep in mind that holidays, back to school season and weather/operational delays may add additional time to this process.
How long will my refund take?
Expect up to 4-weeks for processing once your return is delivered to our return’s facility.
Once our Returns Department has processed your refund request, credit and debit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days.
For PayPal refunds, please allow 2-4 business days for processing.
How long will my exchange take?
Expect up to 4-weeks (5 - 7 days processing + 15 – 25days delivery to you) from when your return was delivered to receive your exchange.
Once our Returns Department has processed your exchange request, a new order is created in our system. You should receive an order confirmation email (with tracking number and checkout link) within 24 hours after your order is dispatched. Your exchange order will be shipped using - Standard Shipping.
Please keep in mind that holidays, back to school season and weather/operational delays may add additional time to your delivery.
If the item you requested is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
Please note, exchange requests may result in a refund on your original order and a new charge being placed on the exchange.
